Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Coordinator/Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprint reading, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, specifications, and blueprints.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
