Construction Project Accountant - Hire With Jarvis

✨ What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to handle contract documents, change orders, and client billing.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Analyze job cost reports and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold compliance with internal controls.
• Support audit preparation and year-end reconciliations.

✨ What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4 years of construction project accounting experience.
• Proficiency in construction job cost accounting, AP/AR, and project life-cycle management.
• Experience with Sage 100 (strongly preferred), GCPay, Procore, ProcorePay, and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
