Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects in North Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
