Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Palm Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet all building codes and safety regulations

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are within budget constraints

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on construction sites

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any potential issues or delays

- Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the commercial or residential sector

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Palm Beach, Florida. The Construction Manager will primarily work on construction sites, but may also be required to work in an office setting. Some travel may be required to visit different project sites.
