We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare and present project reports and updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Project Management or related fields are a plus
