Project Engineer - Heavy Highway and Bridge
Our client, a prominent General Engineering Contractor specializing in Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction, is actively seeking a skilled Project Engineer for their team in Northern California.

Duties:
- Assist estimators in bid preparation, contributing to the development of accurate and comprehensive project estimates.
- Support project managers in project administration tasks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Aid superintendents in planning and tracking activities, facilitating efficient project progress.
- Contribute to procurement and engineering processes to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, even under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn other application software.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with Spectrum (formerly Dexter + Chaney) Accounting Software, Bid 2 Win Estimating and Tracking Software, Heavy Job, Primavera Scheduling Software, and Agtek Takeoff Software.
- Safety Training, First Aid, and CPR certification.
- SWPPP Training.
