Job Title: Concrete Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project details.
• Utilize estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, Procore) for efficient cost analysis.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an estimator in concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and costs.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
