Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

10+ years of residential and multifamily construction estimating experience
Experience with Project Management software, UDA ConstructionOnline preferred
Must have experience managing others
Prepare bidscopes and distribute via email promptly
Monitor and track estimates using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Provide oversight to ensure consistent quality in estimating processes
Experience executing projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
