Compensation: 1099 Contract, $45-50 per hour

Job Description:
iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a Configuration Analyst for one of our clients based in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting a variety of software and system testing activities within a controlled engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of executing complex test procedures and developing test scripts, particularly in Linux-based environments. This position requires an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret (TS/SCI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish functional test cases and procedures for software systems and associated products.
- Support functional, integration, and delivery verification testing activities for software products.
- Conduct baseline release verifications and validations for associated products.
- Assist with hardware and software patching and tracking activities.
- Provide testing support for capability assessments and technology investigations.
- Participate in the resolution of open program problem reports (PPRs) for related products.
- Assist in site setup activities and provide support for testing in site environments.
- Collaborate within teams to ensure smooth execution of testing and verification processes.
- Document and report on test results, offering solutions to any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance with Top Secret / SCI eligibility.
- 3-8 years of experience in software/system testing with a BA/BS in a relevant field.
- Experience in planning and executing complex software test cases and procedures.
- Proficiency in test scenario and script development, and requirements management.
- Excellent technical communication skills to effectively address programmatic and technical issues.
- Experience working with controlled engineering baselines.
- Hands-on experience in Linux-based environments for testing and script execution.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as SVN and Git.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and meet project deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
