Concrete Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Estimator to join our team. This role is essential in managing bids, overseeing assigned projects, and ensuring accurate estimation for commercial concrete construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate and prepare bids for commercial concrete projects, including take-offs and vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Transition projects from estimation to management, including planning and procurement.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate RFIs, schedules, and change orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of concrete procedures.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
