We are currently seeking an entry-level Concierge Program Assistant Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the financial services industry by providing administrative and operational support for our Concierge Program.Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for our Concierge Program.
- Provide administrative support to the Concierge team and maintain an organized, up-to-date record of all activities related to the program.
- Assist in planning and executing events related to the Concierge Program.
- Liaise with different financial advisors within the agency to ensure the efficient operation of the program.
- Handle inquiries from agents and respond promptly to their needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in Chinese (at least speaking) and Excellent in English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interest in the financial services industry.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary.
