About the Job
General Description:
Consult sources, such as rate books, manuals, or insurance company representatives, to determine specific changes or information such as rules, regulations, or government tax and tariff information.
Update manuals and documents when rates, rules, or regulations are amended.
Tracking and successful completion of market specific audit requirements.
Assistance in rolling out policies & procedures in current markets and expansion markers.
Provide quality control of operational project plans.
Assist in the development of operating strategies, plans, or procedures for compliance and Care Lync Best Practice.
Prepare operational reports or records.
Prepare scientific or technical reports or presentations.
Report information to managers or other personnel.
Identifies regulatory resources needed to accomplish tasks.
Reports to Director of Business Operations.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in related course work.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
The ability to apply specific state regulations to Care Lync's quality products.
The ability to interpret regulations for information ordering.
Time management and organization.
Strong attention to deadlines and guidelines.
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
Reside in the Philadelphia area and ability to travel to corporate office as needed.
