Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator for Torrance, CA automotive supplier to evaluate, develop & document processes to mitigate risk & ensure compliance, efficiency, & reliability & integrity of controls; ensure J-SOX, Quality Management System & IATF compliance; create, standardize & review documents for compliance; evaluate education needs & establish plans; deconstruct operations & develop flowcharts & function lists; maintain risk/control matrix & risk/compliance database; gather audit requirements; identify deficient controls & non-compliance & develop action plans; help develop audit plans, schedules & follow-up; test & audit; identify processes to reduce defects & cost & improve flows.
Requires Bachelor's in Compliance, Quality or Industrial Engineering, Business or related field & 3 yrs experience in a Compliance and Risk Management role performing internal auditing; ensuring operational compliance & IATF; performing problem analysis, root cause identification & resolution & implementing preventative measures; and utilizing Fishbone Diagrams, Five Whys, Risk Ranking, Histograms, Pareto Chart & Scatter Diagrams.
