Complex Commercial Mid-Level Litigation Associate - CBOHN

The firm is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation Group. This position is open to the Dallas office.

Minimum Education

• JD

Bar Admission

• Admitted in Texas and/or Arkansas

Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions and consumer fraud. Previous state court or federal clerkship a plus but not required.

• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies

• Conduct legal research

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct depositions

• Handle all aspects of discovery, trial preparation, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  Physical Demands
