Competitive Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospective customers to deliver captivating product demonstrations and ensure a thorough comprehension of our clients' offerings
- Provide educated answers to potential customers based on products and services in person
- Evaluate customers’ compatibility with our products and services, gaining insights into their budgets, requirements, and challenges
- Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Surpass sales quotas and objectives by fostering strong relationships with prospects and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain regular communication with both the Sales Representative team and Management to ensure a smooth sales process
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to maximize outreach and lead generation efforts
Competitive Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, as a sales representative, or customer-facing role
- The ability to manage rejection and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies such as problem solving, negotiation, and overturning objections
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Confidence in public speaking and building new relationships
- Ability to travel to the office daily
