Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Compensation team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and optimization of compensation strategies and frameworks. As a key member of the team, you will help translate vision into implementation, playing a pivotal role in the compensation and advanced compensation modules, while also supporting cross functional dependencies and compensation touchpoints.

What You'll Do
Compensation Strategy and Design:• Support the development and execution of comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with the company’s business goals in Workday.• Assist in developing and optimizing job architecture, salary structures, and incentive plans from vision to implementation in Workday.• Build reporting and audit processes to ensure program effectiveness and governance.
Workday Compensation:• Support the design and implementation of Job Architecture frameworks.• Assist in developing and integrating compensation within the recruitment build.• Maintain the ongoing compensation module in Workday.• Coordinate advanced compensation processes, ensuring configuration and setup are compliant and accurate.• Provide analytical support and insights to optimize compensation programs.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
Incentive Program Management:• Assist in designing and managing performance-based incentives and bonus plans in Workday. • Oversee configuration and tracking of these programs with reporting and analytics.
Compensation Administration:• Assist with compensation technical setup, identify opportunities for process efficiency, and support mass employee data submissions.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new HRIS/HCM features and leverage them for compensation management.
Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure adherence to compensation-related regulations and prepare necessary compliance reports.• Conduct audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis:• Support budgeting processes for compensation and benefits via Workday.• Support financial modeling and maintain the bonus accrual process in Workday.
Special Projects and Initiatives:• Coordinate or participate in special projects and initiatives, including the implementation of new compensation tools and systems.• Assist with proposals for compensation program enhancements and other strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred, or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compensation, HR, Total Rewards, Finance, or a combination thereof.• Minimum of 2 years in Workday, specifically in core compensation and advanced compensation, with experience in at least two merit cycles.
• Basic data analysis skills with a willingness to learn and grow in using tools like Excel or other data analysis software.
• Travel for this role is expected to be 10% or less annually.
