You'll provide training, oversight, and hands-on assistance to help optimize processes and enhance functional excellence.
Location: Hybrid in Brockton, MA
Duration: 2-3 Month Contract
Schedule: Open to Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time
Pay Rate: $45-55/hour (flexible based on experience)

Daily Operations:
- Manage benefits in ADP.
- Oversee PFML (Paid Family and Medical Leave) claim determinations.
- Manage Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Administer the 403(b) retirement plan.
- Handle education reimbursement programs.
- Process qualified life events.
- Manage claims for LTD, accident, critical illness, and hospital benefits.
- Process LOA (Leave of Absence) timecards and benefit-related payroll adjustments.
- Generate benefit reimbursement letters.
- Maintain GTL and employer medical recordings for W-2 reporting.
- Oversee ACA (Affordable Care Act) eligibility notices.
- Process benefit invoices.
- Extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, including hands-on management of relevant systems and processes.
- Strong expertise with ADP Workforce Now (including benefits module) and 403(b) plan administration.
- Proven ability to manage compliance-related tasks such as ACA, PFML, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts HIRD and QNEC processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to mentor and train team members in best practices for comp/ben management.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented project execution.
