About the Job
Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with demonstrated analytical and operational experience to support the delivery of offers and the preparation of audits/reports related to new hire compensation.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Compensation team.

Compensation Analyst (Short-Term Employee) Responsibilities:
- Foster cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams
- Work with recruiting and/or leaders to develop offers
- Apply your experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
- Build and maintain reports/metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
- Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
- Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable field
- Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, HR, or related discipline
