Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst with a sharp analytical mind and strong attention to detail. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting compensation-related data to aid in developing a comprehensive job architecture framework. You will be reporting to our internal Project Manager and will play a pivotal role in data collection, job evaluation, compensation modeling, and effective communication of findings to stakeholders. The position targets completion by spring 2025.

This is a contract position with a duration of 7 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
Work Environment
Based in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle, WA, this role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The work schedule will vary between 24 to 40 hours per week based on project phases, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods.
