This project is dedicated to empowering individuals by providing comprehensive support through intake, assessment, and the development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP). As a Community Resource Coordinator, you will play a vital role in case management, job development, placement, and retention services.

**This is a remote opportunity for residents of MT with regional travel expectations 50% of the time**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all training providers, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Establish and oversee relationships with various training providers, ensuring effective partnerships.
- Maintain and manage training provider agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Keep an accurate database and schedule of training providers, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Recruit additional training providers when necessary to meet program needs and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between multiple training providers when collaboration benefits our clients' interests.
- Offer administrative support to the Employment Services & Community Relations team to ensure smooth operations and effective outreach efforts.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous Maximus experience preferred.
- Previous incumbent experience preferred.
- This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
- This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
- This position requires residency in the state of Montana.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
