JOB TITLE: Community Relations Director
WORKER CATEGORY: Full-Time Salary
COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR SALARY: $55,000 annual salary + marketing bonuses

COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Overall responsibility for the marketing and leasing of all apartments within the Community
- Achieve and maintain 100% occupancy with a waiting list by marketing and showing units
- Coordinate all tours for prospective residents – either completing personally or by proper training/delegation of tour process to others
- Work alongside the team of Department Directors to ensure smooth operations of the Community
- Compile all pre-admission paperwork (deposit check, reservation agreement, med release, insurance cards, etc.)
- Complete all new admission paperwork at time of move in – (resident agreement/lease, addendums, take photo for PCC, etc.)
- Follow up with all prospects or their families
- Meet evenings and weekends to accommodate prospects and family schedules
- Coordinate with Director team with a schedule for all move-ins
- Become informed of the competition, their building lay-outs, programs, amenities, and pricing structure
- Oversee, plan, coordinate and execute marketing events
- Complete external marketing – visiting referral sources, local businesses and with community members
- Participate in all company-wide marketing initiatives and calls
- Utilize company marketing software to track and document leads/referrals and all marketing activities
- Assist Executive Director with running the day-to-day operations at the Community in a quality manner
- Assist Executive Director in the management and staffing of all on-site staff
- Assist Executive Director in ensuring 24/7 coverage for any urgent need or emergency – on-call personally or establish on-call rotation/delegation with DON/Maintenance Directors/other members of Director team
- Establish self as the “Face of the Community” – field daily resident, family and employee concerns
- Provide a high level of support and leadership to all on-site staff – establish positive relationships in order to lead by example and work alongside staff
- Be familiar with job descriptions and duties of Department Directors and perform those tasks as needed
- Maintain positive image of physical building, visual presentation – coordinating with Director team and maintenance staff
