Community Construction Laborer - Frontier Homes

SUMMARY:

As a Community Construction Laborer, you will work alongside the Assistant Community Construction Manager to keep the jobsite clean, safe, and productive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment,
• Open production units and lock them up daily,
• Assist in managing and maintaining quality checkpoints according to the development schedule,
• Assist with punch lists, and occasional supply runs and errands,
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and presentation throughout your assigned projects,
• Relay messages between Assistant Community Construction Manager and all team members,
• Assist Community Construction personnel as directed,

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Punctual,
• Able to use handheld devices to operate email and text messaging,
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills to engage with all business partners,
• Assertive results-driven, self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments,
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment,

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing and sitting throughout shift with occasional bending and lifting,
• Occasional lifting of 10-15 pounds, with assistance, if necessary,
• Able to climb an 8’ (foot) ladder safely,
