The Job
We are currently recruiting an entry-level Communication Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Communications Sales Rep will work for an industry-changing, innovative company on multiple levels. What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor sales processes and strategies, make recommendations for upgrades and improvements
- Meet department goals and maintain operations
- Create new sales opportunities and maintain potential customer pipeline
- Handle customer sales leads through pre-approved processes and initiatives
- Manage sales territories and existing customer base
- Support colleagues and outside sales team
- Proven success identifying prospective customers
- Troubleshoot customer issues

- Communication—express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
- Office software acumen—comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases
- Drive to learn—passion for self-education and the mental agility to quickly understand new principles and concepts.
