Commercial Title Officer - CGT Staffing

• Support foreclosure trustees and escrow operations by ensuring the accuracy of TSGs, litigation guarantees, commitments, and preliminary reports.
• Address and resolve title curative matters related to high-liability commercial transactions.
• Communicate with customers, including real estate agents, builders, attorneys, surveyors, buyers, sellers, and lenders, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with underwriting teams, proposing solutions for complex title risks and gaining necessary approvals.
• Interpret federal and state regulations applicable to the title insurance industry and advise stakeholders accordingly.
• Generate preliminary reports, commitments, and proforma policies, with the ability to read and interpret surveys.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of land records, title plants, and related data.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the foreclosure process, including civil codes related to TSG issuance.
• Comprehensive understanding of title policy and endorsement coverages.
• Proficiency in property record-related platforms, including Bankruptcy/PACER.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in title insurance
