About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a diverse project background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in ground-up multi-family construction. Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up multi-family construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards on the job site.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgets.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multi-family projects.
• Proven ability to manage diverse commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
