Job Summary:
AVODA is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our commercial roofing service operations. You will manage and ensure the safe and efficient completion of roofing service projects. Can you work effectively and independently to lead our roofing service operations? Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing service and maintainence
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Strong understanding of roofing safety regulations and best practices within the roofing industry
- Strong ability to work independently
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial roof inspections and complete service repairs and maintainence as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop cost estimates for repairs on roofing projects
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during roofing service execution
- Provide regular reports to senior management on roofing project repair or maintainence status, budget, and resource allocation
