Commercial Roofing Estimator - CyberCoders

• Position Overview: The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for providing accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects. The Estimator will work closely with the Project Manager and Roofing Sales Representatives in meeting customer needs.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct roofing inspections to examine the condition of existing roofing systems.
• Analyze existing roofing system for design needs and potential issues.
• Develop cost estimates for roofing work and present to customers.
• Provide technical information to customers regarding roofing capabilities.
• Prepare bid documents and project plans.
• Organize customer data and maintain customer records.
• Work with Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and installation best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software.
