We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This individual will provide key support to our attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting legal documents, conducting title searches, and managing real estate contracts. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations and will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance in all transactions. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Conduct title searches, survey reviews, and other due diligence investigations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including deeds, easement agreements, loan documents, and real estate contracts.
• Ensure legal compliance in all real estate transactions and processes.
• Manage and maintain case management software and other legal databases.
• Assist with real estate planning and development projects.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and customer service.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and other issues that may arise during transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, with a focus on commercial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property law, real estate development, and the real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with legal terminology, legal ethics, and contract review.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
• Experience with commercial loans and real estate financing is a plus.
