Our client, a full-service real estate investment and management company with properties in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. is hiring a Commercial and Real Estate Paralegal. A top candidate will be a seasoned, highly motivated, and detailed oriented individual. This is a Full Time, permanent, and on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Perform full paralegal support in connection with commercial acquisitions, sales, and loan transactions.
- Assist in preparation of agreements.
- Conduct title and survey review.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Oversee maintenance and organization of files.
- Monitor proper execution of documents.
- Assist in maintaining credit facilities, including processing letters of credit applications, extensions, and cancellations.
- Assist in commercial lease administration.
- Oversee corporate matters including entity formation, preparation of standard operating and other entity agreements, maintenance of corporate records and annual filings, and assembly of certificates, consents, and resolutions.
- Assist Legal and Approvals teams in connection with land use submissions.
- Provide support in due diligence reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited or approved program
- 7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate positively with all levels of the organization and with parties outside the company.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Power Point).
- Ability to multitask with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; must be able to track and manage multiple projects that require interaction with a variety of departments and types of information.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
