Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – New Jersey (Hackensack) or New York Office

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey office. This role requires a candidate with strong experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct title and survey reviews
• Assist with commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financings
• Support leasing transactions
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with team members to support transactions
• Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including filing, document management, and correspondence

Qualifications

• Education: College degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Experience: 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $76,500 to $179,000, based on experience
• Competitive starting salary
