• Handle entity formation documents, resolutions, and UCC filings.
• Coordinate closings, facilitate document execution, and manage escrow instructions.
• Record real estate documents, including e-recording when appropriate.
• Organize and distribute closing binders and oversee post-closing follow-ups.
• Maintain databases and templates, ensuring alignment with client and attorney requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience.
• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
