LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a midsized law firm in Baltimore, MD in its search for a mid-levelCommercial Real Estate Associate.

Ideal candidates will have experience with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and office leasing, and debt and equity financing.

Perks

• Salary – $165K+ (based on experience), before bonuses and benefits.
• Billables – 1750 hours annual target, not a requirement
• Bonuses – year-end bonuses based on firm performance and Associate performance.
• Benefits – 401(k) with profit sharing; health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; FSA.
• Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days out of office, per week available.
