We’re a fast-growing property management company looking for a skilled Commercial Property Manager to handle the daily operations of our Denver Metro and Front Range commercial properties. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about property management, we’d love to connect!
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Property Management: Oversee financials, operations, and tenant relations for multiple commercial sites
• Budgeting & CAM Reconciliation: Prepare budgets, monitor finances, and ensure accurate reconciliations
• Lease Management: Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance
• Tenant & Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenants and clients, managing issues and fostering strong relationships
• Vendor & CapEx Management: Coordinate with vendors and oversee capital improvement projects
• Emergency Response: Available for after-hours calls and urgent issues

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial property management
• License: Active real estate license or ability to obtain within 3–6 months
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Skyline experience preferred. Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations experience required
• Other: Reliable vehicle required; emergency availability necessary
