About the Job
- Oversee procurement and initiate project start-up documents.
- Manage sub-contracts and owner change orders.
- Request and review material and shop drawing submittals.
- Assist in project management meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain essential project documentation.
- Act as a reliable support to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant, or project engineer.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, PDF, and Procore is a plus.
