You'll be primarily responsible for auditing; overseeing third party support services; data analysis; and, maintaining the Quality Assurance SharePoint content. Duties include: + Completing internal audits, reviewing work and timelines, assisting with accountability of broker standards and workflows. + Partnering with leadership in the implementation of projects, procedures, and directives. + Providing regular feedback regarding service issues, training, or areas of needed improvement + Developing and analysis of reports to identify skill gaps, + Ensuring quality control of procedures, workflows and communication to clients. **You're great at:** Ideally, you have over three years of experience in commercial insurance and a Property Casualty Insurance License. You'll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. Strong organizational skills required, with ability to multi-task and prioritize. You should also have at least 3 years insurance account management experience and if you have worked with an agency management system, especially Applied EPIC, that is a plus.
