POSITION SUMMARY:
The Commercial Marketing Specialist will drive awareness and demand for Fluke products in North America. They will lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing plans that improve business value, drive point-of-sale revenue through Fluke’s partner network, and meet targets for marketing campaign awareness and marketing funnel creation. As part of a highly collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Fluke’s marketing efforts, with ownership for commercial marketing within your programs, as well as collaborative projects across the breadth of the Fluke product portfolio—which may include supporting new product launch execution based on team capacity. Your projects may span any of the following: campaign management, end-user promotions, media placements, short form copy writing, and digital marketing execution including content marketing, social media marketing, paid digital advertising, and email marketing. Your work will require you to balance strategic and tactical work, analyze and report on marketing performance, and provide informed recommendations for ongoing optimization, ultimately driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer retention.
This individual contributor position will apply the best practices to integrated commercial marketing programs and work closely with our Commercial Strategy, Inside Sales, Channel Marketing, and Central Marketing organization to achieve results. You will be data-driven and will consistently search for opportunities to experiment and improve your campaigns. The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, results oriented and possess a demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate to solve problems and drive business success.
Team
The Commercial Marketing Specialist reports to the Manager of Commercial Marketing. The team consists of four marketers all supporting specific product segments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Develop and execute marketing plans that result in measurable increases in lead generation and revenue, driving higher sales and market share
+ Design and implement end-user campaigns that increase sales and drive customer loyalty
+ Manage email newsletter and North America marketing database to achieve target engagement metrics, contributing to increased customer engagement and retention
+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing efforts that meet or exceed business objectives
+ Routinely analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and insights, leading to continuous improvement and driving efficiency
+ Bring an area of marketing expertise to the team, providing inspiration and thought leadership on ways to engage customers and generate demand
+ Drive innovation by experimenting with new marketing tactics and strategies, leading to improved efficiency and impact of campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:
+ A college degree in marketing, communications or related field
+ 3+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies
+ Demonstrated experience driving results and innovation for commercial marketing programs
+ A proven ability to effectively utilize leading marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.) to identify and report on insights important to driving the business
+ An understanding of and experience working with supportive digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms
+ A collaborative and customer-focused mindset

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 54,100.00 - 100,500.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
