In this role, you will:

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs.
• Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online.
• Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks.
• Act as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursements.
• Monitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateral.
• Audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billing.
• Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Interact with internal customers.
• Receive direction from leaders.
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualification:

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Commercial auto experience.
  
• AIMS system knowledge.
• Expertise in evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategies to streamline operations.
• Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks to safeguard processes.
• Provide training and foster professional development within teams.
• Developing and aligning operational strategies with long-term organizational goals.
• Making informed, data-driven decisions under pressure while balancing business priorities.
• Leading projects and initiatives across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and cross functional stakeholders, external customers, and senior management.
• Leading teams through organizational changes, process transitions, and system upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific policies and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated success in managing operational projects, achieving measurable results in efficiency, and/or accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid troubleshooting and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Manual Invoice Processing.
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong coaching and collaboration skills demonstrating the ability to share and teach complex concepts.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office at posted location.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
