Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Loan Origination & Structuring – Take charge of originating and structuring new commercial loans with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of businesses.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all financial needs.
• Risk Management & Compliance – Assess and mitigate financial risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while offering tailored solutions.
• Loan Portfolio Management – Oversee and manage a portfolio of loans, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
• Business Development & Networking – Drive aggressive business development efforts, expanding the bank’s reach across various industries.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Collaborate with and mentor a strong team to achieve collective goals and elevate the institution’s success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with a proven business development track record in the Desoto County, MS Market.
• Strong business development and risk management expertise
• Excellent ability to negotiate complex loan transactions and provide tailored solutions for clients
