Commercial Litigation Attorney - Gpac

A Pennsylvania-based law firm, with over 40 years of experience serving clients in the tri-state area, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our firm offers a diverse range of legal services, including personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, corporate and business law, employment law, financial services, and wills, trusts & estates.

We are seeking a highly motivated attorney who is barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to represent both plaintiffs and defendants, from small businesses to large corporations in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This role will focus on breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes. Additionally, the position will involve contract drafting and some business and real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Strong litigation skills, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation
- Experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract claims, creditor/lender disputes, and partnership disputes
- Contract drafting and familiarity with business and real estate law a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
