We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team of talented litigators. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse array of litigation matters, with a particular focus on white-collar crime, securities litigation, commercial disputes, antitrust matters, and shareholder suits.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional legal representation to our clients across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities include:
White-Collar Crime: Defending individuals and organizations in criminal investigations, government enforcement actions, and regulatory inquiries.
Securities Litigation: Representing clients in cases involving securities fraud, misrepresentation, and other financial disputes.
Commercial Litigation: Handling complex commercial disputes across various industries, including breach of contract, business torts, and trade disputes.
Antitrust Matters: Advising and litigating on issues related to unfair competition, price-fixing, and other antitrust claims.
Shareholder Suits: Representing clients in disputes involving fiduciary duties, governance issues, and shareholder rights.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience: 2-6 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, with a demonstrated focus on one or more of the key practice areas outlined above.
Credentials: Excellent academic performance and strong legal research and writing skills.
Clerkship: Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, verbal, and organizational abilities, with a client-centered approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
