Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential commercial clients to expand the agencys client base and develop a strong pipeline.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the Agency Owner and Commercial Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to maximize client portfolios.
- Work closely with our commercial sales team, underwriters and other team members to support clients effectively.
- Ensure all policies and activities comply with agency standards.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Process-Driven: Ability to be thorough and take initiative to review the details.
- Customer-Focused: A strong ability to build and maintain genuine client relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in negotiation and closing sales.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote duties with in-office and in-person client interactions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
