As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

3. Preparing and presenting detailed proposals to clients.
4. Handling renewals and issuing certificates as required.

7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role will have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in commercial lines including property and casualty.
2. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
3. Excellent knowledge of policy analysis, proposal creation, and handling renewals.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain client satisfaction.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
6. Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A Property and Casualty license is required.
