Are you a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for providing top-notch customer service and a knack for policy analysis? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate must be located in one of the following states: AZ, UT, CO, TX, or NM.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our commercial lines business. Your duties will include:
- Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers.
- Conducting thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage meets clients' needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing AMS360 for account management purposes, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategies for retention and growth.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new products to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a role managing commercial lines accounts.
- Proficiency in using AMS360 for account management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with the ability to conduct detailed policy analysis.
- Experience preparing and presenting proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Current Property and Casualty license in your resident state.
** About 25% of travel required to an office in New Mexico or Utah.
