Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of renewals and new policies.
- Track policy expirations and proactively ensure actions are taken to facilitate renewals.
- Support account managers, account executives, and producers in new and renewal business workflows, including:
- Conducting client research and gathering underwriting information.
- Performing loss run analysis.
- Preparing accurate submissions, Acord applications, and supplemental forms.
- Binding coverage and addressing carrier requirements or conditions.
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and advocacy.
- Continually enhance insurance expertise, management, and leadership skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
