Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.
- Responsibly for reviewing and management of overall MEP project schedule.
- Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and/or DoD personnel.
- Host daily meetings with subcontractors/vendors working on site.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for the execution of project.
- Tracking and documenting changes in scope.
- Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.
- Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.
- Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.
- Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
- First Aid / CPR Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.
- OSHA 30 Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.
- Typical jobsite work hours 6:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri
Experience/Education
- Prior experience with commercial/industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction and/or project management.
- Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade/related experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with commercial, industrial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction and/or Project Management.
