About the Job
HVAC Service Manager
- Manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
- The service manager will ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with our customers and third-party vendors to ensure our clients expectations are meet.
- Help manage truck fleet for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain company compliance with EPA and other athorities as necessary to carry out Commerical HVAC and Plumbing repairs.
