Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone and email, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Accurately input information into systems to maintain data integrity and uphold quality standards in all records.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
- Handle information with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality, maintaining high standards of data security.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette to interact effectively with clients and deliver outstanding service.
- Positive Attitude: An upbeat personality coupled with a strong drive to succeed in a customer-oriented role.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications to handle data entry and perform various office tasks.
- Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen
Pay: $20.00/hr
