Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

We are currently in search of a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage our diverse range of construction projects, particularly those focused on data centers and life science facilities.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Commercial Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial construction, especially in data centers and life sciences. Candidates should also have a background in the restaurant, retail, healthcare, or hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site activities for a variety of commercial construction projects, including data centers, life sciences facilities, restaurants, retail environments, healthcare institutions, and hospitality venues.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to all health and building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, and designers throughout the construction process.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that may occur during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on data centers, life sciences, restaurants, retail, healthcare, or hospitality projects.
• A proven record of successfully managing projects in these diverse sectors.
• A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Competence in using construction management software and tools.
