Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather and risk of electric shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud.

Responsibilities
- Promote company safety culture and enforce company safety plans and required safety regulations
- Review and understand contract documents
- Responsible for managing the general requirements of the project on site
- Assist preconstruction and management team with constructability reviews, planning, scheduling, and other front-end requirements
- Develop and oversee project planning, phasing, staging and logistics plans
- Oversee building and site security measures
- Assist with the development, implementation, enforcement and updating for the project schedule
- Provide and maintain all site documentation on site (daily logs, site records, pics, manpower, material usage, regulatory records, etc.)
- Implement and enforce the company’s QAQC plan on site
- Promote all requirements for company branding on site
- Maintain project momentum and manage the project schedule to achieve required completion date
- Provide for proper planning and coordination on site for all meetings and field activities
- Manage company purchased or leased tools and equipment on site
- Enforce subcontract agreement and manage company personnel and subcontractors on site
- Serve as on-site primary point of contact on site for all contractors, regulatory authorities, design team and Owner
- Coordinate with project management on all project requirements
- Coordinate and oversee all required project inspections
- Coordinate with corporate safety inspectors as needed for safe working conditions
- Ensure compliance with all project related regulatory requirements and enforces company rules and policies on site
- Understand, utilize, and maintain data entered in project management software
- Oversee all substantial completion, final completion and related close out requirements for the project
- Maintain positive communication with AHJ, design team and Owner
- Assist with training and development of interns, field engineers and assistant superintendents
- Complete other items assigned by General superintendent to facilitate project success
Basic requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Related Field (Optional)
- 10 Years’ Experience
- OSHA 30
- NPDES Level 1A Blue Card Certification
- First Aid/CPR

- Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs and ladders
- Passenger use of construction personnel hoists
- Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, sit, talk, and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
