Commercial Construction Superintendent - Data Center Experience 

Position Type: Full-Time

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, specializing in data centers.
• Manage job site activities, including scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction challenges.
• Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. At least 5 years Data Center experience. 
• Demonstrated expertise in data center construction and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as they relate to data centers.
• Proficient in construction management software, such as Procore or Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
